The software used at Starkey Hearing Technologies for programming hearing aids was overdue for a redesign. The software was very outdated and didn't align with any of the company's branding guidelines. I was tasked to rework every screen within the software. During this multi-year project, I created layouts and interactive mockups with Adobe XD and Photoshop to give the engineers working designs to implement. I coordinated with the software product managers, marketing and the software devs to make sure the everything was accounted for and functioned as desired. I was awarded a Starkey Product Excellence Award for my efforts and contributions to the very large and all-encompassing project.
